Test the shared materialization interface with small fixtures #1099

Description

@Brad-Edwards

Build a reusable contract test set for the shared materialization and lifecycle interfaces, keeping live kit proof separate.

Done when

  • A small owned fixture preserves declaration, provenance, parameter and dependency identity through planning.
  • Fake/recording realizers test capability selection, ordering, observation, evidence, failure and teardown without Docker/Terraform.
  • Missing/ambiguous capability, missing observation and unsafe retry fail clearly.
  • Cover node, account, content and relationship/identity declarations supported by the interface.
  • The same tests can support released-kit fixtures without copying their manifests or claiming mocks prove live realization.
