Closes #155.
Sets
license.trimHeaderLine=truein the root pom and rerunsmvn license:update-file-header, so the IDE no longer strips header lines on save. Whitespace only (git diff -wshows just the pom line).test-shared/is outside the plugin's reach, soZarrTestUtilswas trimmed by hand. No header description changed.#154 and #150 rebase onto this without conflicts. #150 then needs one more header run for its 16 new or restored files.
