…icebus Fixes the open x/net advisory in both modules. x/net v0.55.0 requires Go 1.25, so azureservicebus now floors at 1.25 like pulsar; CI already gates both to the 1.25 matrix entry.

Fixes the two open medium-severity golang.org/x/net Dependabot alerts (pulsar, azureservicebus). Bumping azureservicebus raises its go directive to 1.25.0; the CI workflow already gates that module to the Go 1.25 matrix entry.
