SNT-162: Add Home and Contributors pages

Add Home and Contributor pages

Changes

Add a home page and make it entry point.
Add a Contributor page
Add a contributor footer (only visible on home page to keep as much space as possible on other pages)

How to test

Go to SNT and verify that entry page is the new Home page.
Verify wordings and that footer links are working.
Go to contributor page and verify that it shows all images + wording.

Note: Compare entry on the home page is only visible if the feature flag is activated.

I'm conscious that this is in draft state but I tested it anyway :) Here are just some things I noticed:

• I think it would be nicer to replace "Malaria" with the account's name
• Can we chose a smaller width-to-height ratio for the tiles, something closer to a laptop screen (see original figma design here)
  
• Can we remove the hyperlink decoration on the cards?
