What problem is this PR solving?

allow to access group names and ids

Changes

• inject the variables with similar templates
• optimize to not query unnecessary things while forms don't use it at all (most forms)

How to test

• start iaso and enketo

docker compose -f docker-compose.yml -f docker/docker-compose-enketo.yml up

• create a new form with : iaso/tests/fixtures/form_with_org_unit_groups_injectables.xlsx
• create a submission and verify data is ok afterwards in iaso
• move that submission to another orgunit (this won't change any values in the submission, that's a known limitation and accepted, since the form logic might require you to fill in different questions)

- edit in enketo the new values will be injected (any data/logic that depend on it might need to be filled in)
