RenderDoc 1.46 reads the Python prefix from VSPythonOverridePath. Without it the Windows build links Python 3.6 and import renderdoc fails. Set both variables and default to v1.46, so 1.46 captures open.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Compatibility
    • Updated the default RenderDoc version to v1.46 across supported build and package options.
    • Windows builds configure Python paths for both legacy RenderDoc versions through v1.41 and newer versions starting with v1.46.
    • Build scripts and container images now target RenderDoc v1.46, keeping the version consistent across supported installation and build workflows.

Opens captures made with RenderDoc 1.46 (GL serialise version 36).
RenderDoc 1.46 reads the Python prefix from VSPythonOverridePath, so the pyd was built against bundled Python 3.6.

The build script still selects the older RenderDoc version, and the test suite fails. Align the script and its test with v1.46 before merging.

Update the deprecated build script pin and its test expectation.

test_renderdoc_pin_consistency includes scripts/build-renderdoc.sh and checks that it contains RDOC_TAG. The script still contains only v1.41, so the test can fail with RDOC_TAG = "v1.46".

The script remains a supported curl-pipe entry point. It is not excluded from the consistency check. Update its pin and the dedicated constant assertion together.
