Bounds
awdumpandprocdumpexecution and publishes available hang diagnostics after failed or canceled watchdog-wrapped test runs.Fixes Azure DevOps Task #40033625.
Root cause and fix
The wrapper could remain blocked while a dump tool ran indefinitely, and artifact publication depended on a variable emitted only after the wrapped process returned. The watchdog now stops timed-out dump tools by recorded PID, records timeout/start failures, and the shared template discovers and publishes diagnostics from an
always()path.Verification
