Objective

Validate the current CLI foundation through real usage and collect feedback.

Scope

Ongoing testing effort where team members try the toolkit and report issues or gaps.

Tasks

• Test install and agentops init
• Execute basic CLI workflows
• Identify bugs, usability issues, and gaps
• Log findings as GitHub issues
• Categorize issues (bug, usability, docs)

Acceptance Criteria

• Multiple team members have tested the toolkit
• Issues are logged and categorized
• Clear backlog of follow-up items is created

Out of Scope

• Fixing all issues in this sprint
• Advanced scenario validation
