Purpose

Synchronize the immutable published v3.3.0 main history back to develop using the standard feature-branch flow.

  • Source: feature/runtime-v3.3.0-sync, created from fetched develop.
  • Target: develop.
  • Merge published main commit 858ed4205d866b7bfbff43ca9ed20ab812baa24e; source release https://github.com/Azure/agent-app-ui/releases/tag/v3.3.0.
  • No feature or policy changes. Sync tree exactly equals published main: VERSION 3.3.0 and exactly one empty Unreleased section followed by v3.3.0 dated 2026-10-14.
  • Annotated tag object: 4b51b6f035ec8d386b4f3ca4e1d5bd1d6ade4017; peeled release commit: 858ed42.

Validation

Exact published main passed all existing CI: https://github.com/Azure/agent-app-ui/actions/runs/38640886543. This PR must also pass every existing check, including wheel/container acceptance, all five protected quality gates and aggregate quality-gate. No bypass or policy changes.

Offline only; no live Azure reads/checks, deployments, cloud builds, environment changes or Azure acceptance claims. All workflow states remain unchanged.

Documentation and rollback

Component README and embedding documentation shipped with the feature. Central platform/docs adoption remains in the parent objective. Retain immutable published history; if necessary revert this synchronization through a reviewed PR without moving the release tag.
