- Updated version numbers in exchange.py, init.py, package.json, and ccxt.ts files.
- Introduced new Talasea exchange implementation in talasea.py and corresponding TypeScript files.
- Added API methods for fetching markets and tickers for Talasea.
- Updated documentation to include Talasea exchange in relevant sections.
