bump version to 4.14.4 and update saraf API endpoints - #53

- Updated version number from 4.14.3 to 4.14.4 in various files including go, js, php, python, and ts. - Changed the saraf API method from `publicGetV1PricesListed` to `publicGetV1PricesArzdigital` in multiple files to reflect the new endpoint. - Updated documentation links in the saraf exchange to point to the new API endpoint. - Adjusted test cases to ensure compatibility with the updated API.
