The exchange has disabled spot trading and enabled OTC trading instead. This change updates the configuration to reflect the current trading options available.
Ensure requests include the Origin header required by the hamtapay.net API
Add support for the /api/v1/exchangeInfo endpoint in the Toobit exchange integration to fetch market data information
- switch to new API endpoint for fetching market data - implement proper market status filtering - add support for parsing market filters and precision - include margin trading flag in market data
Update the API documentation URLs in the toobit exchange class to point to the new documentation domain
refactor(abantether, sarmayex): change market type from spot to otc fix(hamtapay): add Origin header to API requests chore: bump version to 4.9.16

This release updates the Toobit exchange integration to use the latest API endpoints and improves market data accuracy.

Migrated from deprecated /quote/v1/ticker/24hr to /api/v1/exchangeInfo endpoint
