Overview
Bumps next from 16.1.7 to 16.2.6 in package.json and refreshes pnpm-lock.yaml so dependents (nextra, nextra-theme-docs, @next/third-parties) resolve against the new runtime and platform packages (@next/env, @next/swc-*).

The lockfile also picks up transitive bumps pulled in with the release (e.g. postcss 8.5.15, caniuse-lite, semver, @swc/helpers). No application or config source files change—only dependency versions.
