[Bug]合成自动填充

Existing behavior - 现有行为

板条箱合成台的自动填充功能有问题。主要为九合一这种合成时，会出现自动填充填补不满的问题，九个铁锭合成铁块，会因为填充不足，只塞了六个导致手快合成栅栏，（此时箱子内还有数千铁锭）
其他的合成单一物品需求的少的情况。我用大型板条箱做刷铁机我存储，铁锭有大量存入和取出（修复铁傀儡）时，在累计物品超过2K以上时会出现的极其频繁。

Expected behavior - 预期行为

解决箱内有物品但是自动填充不可靠的问题

To Reproduce - 复现问题

主要集中在大量物品合成，同时容器还有大量切高频的的存入取出，单纯一次性大量存入不容易出现。
