[Feature] 缩放功能调整

What new features do you want? - 你想要什么新功能？

1. 缩放功能在config种调整，作为常用功能无法被常规玩家注意到
2. 缩放功能需求量大，需能让玩家所见及所得式调整
3. 缩放不够平滑，目前，1过小，2稍大，3、4完全无用
4. 对于配方而言，其大小完全不受缩放影响
   对于上述问题，建议如下：

• 将缩放作为滑条直接部署到GUI右侧；或直接使用原版的缩放系数，使得字体大小和游戏本体一致
• 配方自身大小不会因行内拥挤而改变，且受到scale影响，使只作为强制换行的条件，而塞不下的配方自动换行并绘制（这并非配方编辑者的懒惰，而是为了适配不同大小屏幕的玩家）
