The main modification is the processing process of the payload when dealing with the core building.

All core functions on the load have been restored (the code may not be very aesthetically pleasing)

Whether the core can be lifted is now controlled by canPickup.

The core in the payload can now be placed anywhere, unaffected by the core area (if not, I can make this option configurable).

After multiple verifications, players can be reborn to the core within payload.

Other modifications:

1. Add CasingEffect, used for creating casing effect.

2. Add frame animation to LogicBlock.

3. Add "naval" to LAccess for detecting whether a unit is a naval unit.
4. Invoke the building's afterDestroyed function when payload is destroyed.
