I'm an SRE-turned-advocate who specializes in bridging the gap between high-scale Infrastructure and the people building on it. My mission is to build the education layer that turns AI from a speed booster into a reliable, production-grade engineering paradigm.
Self-taught engineer, then SRE at Uber running chaos experiments against production microservices. Since then I've worked the same adoption problem at three different stages: the chaos engineering category at Gremlin, built from zero when Netflix was the only well-known practitioner; OpenTelemetry and observability at Lightstep/ServiceNow, where the product and the standard already existed and the work was closing the gap between the pitch and where customers actually got stuck; and Crossplane at Upbound, an established CNCF project where the work was awareness, onboarding and time to first value.
