Adds a verified contribution in
tests/test_bench_run.py.Adds focused offline regression coverage for format_results_md: empty input, boundary rounding/formatting values, and invalid row type behavior. Assertions match the implementation’s output, production behavior is unchanged, scope is limited to the requested tests, and the complete pytest suite was executed successfully (40 passed).
Verification
python -m pytest -q — 40 passed. Tests ran in an isolated environment with network disabled. A separate automated review approved the patch; maintainer review remains pending. No auto-merge.
