First release of BotGuard.

Adds suspicious nickname scoring, automatic IP bans for obvious bot logins, and login IP monitoring for whitelist servers.

Included:

• configurable nickname patterns and score threshold
• IP ban on high bot score
• login history by player name and IP
• OP/admin alerts when a whitelisted player joins from a new IP
• admin commands for recent logins, player/IP lookup, stats, and reload
