Work Queue summaries could report zero overdue items while the workflow contained an overdue dated review. Use one shared queue projection for dated source records, recurring obligations, and assigned tasks across the browser, CLI, HTTP API, and operating assessments. Source cards open their existing records and preserve their normal approval and completion requirements.
Existing obligation-plan fields remain compatible; the complete queue is exposed separately as
workQueue. Release both packages as 0.21.3.Validation: uncached Node 24 full validation, focused queue and cross-interface regression tests, fresh generated consumer validation, package inspection, and dependency audit passed. Independent code and security review converged with no unresolved findings. Own local Playwright checks exercised the queue, source-record navigation, and home preview with no console or network errors.
