- Introduced CLI module for command-line interface operations including REPL and file execution. - Added ConstexprLookup for compile-time string handling and type mapping. - Implemented custom exception handling with defined error types. - Created Late initialization class for deferred value assignment. - Developed utility functions for file reading and error reporting. - Established ByteCode enumeration for virtual machine operations. - Expanded Value module to support various data types and serialization. - Implemented main entry point for command-line execution with argument parsing.

Fix the undefined behavior in ctype calls, replaced a 200 line dynamic_cast chain with std::visit, split 5 monolithic inline headers into .hxx/.cxx pairs, moved all source into src/, fixed the Makefile to glob, and added 16 .pie example files covering all language features.
