QT desk: every risk check with its reading and max (desk.proto 1.4.0)

Dom (2026-10-14): show every risk limit with its max, breach or not; the maxes come from trade-ngin, none hardcoded in AlgoLens.

• Vendors desk.proto 1.4.0 from trade-ngin 0b9dbf6e (QT desk: every risk check with its reading and max (C9, desk.proto 1.4.0) trade-ngin#207); version header desk=1.4.0.
• desk_client maps DeskRisk.checks to checks: [{term, label, value, max, unit, status, detail}] (an unset value is null: not measured).
• RiskReport renders the checks table (Limit / Stored book / Max / Status / note) in trade-ngin's order; margin cushion and equity/margin sit under it. The old pairing of risk.json names with hardcoded labels and the RISK_TERMS map are gone; the binding line uses the check's label.
• Approve gate unchanged.

Deploy after trade-ngin #207's engine image.
