Summary
Validation
Local Qt Release build and all 3 CTests passed. All 33 Python packaging/version tests passed, including actual zsync reconstruction. Worker checks: 33 passed, 6 browser tests skipped locally because the browser download was incomplete. Full browser, cross-platform packaging, runtime, and catalog checks must pass in hosted CI and a blank-tag release rehearsal before publishing v2.4.2.
No automatic merging is enabled. No UI behavior or capture security boundary is changed.
