docs(claude-cli): surface the subscription lane in the README and provider overview - #34

…vider overview The claude-cli/ lane was documented only on its own page — the README (which already has a ChatGPT-subscription section) and the LLM-providers overview never mentioned it, so a newcomer wouldn't discover the fork's headline feature. Add a "Sign in with a Claude subscription" README section mirroring the ChatGPT one, and a provider-overview card, both linking to the existing claude-cli guide.
