chore(ios): remove dead code from the app targets - #280

Delete RemoteActivityCard.swift, which is never instantiated, and the all-comment RemoteCrypto.swift stub, whose header asked for its own deletion, along with their project references. Also remove symbols with no callers in the app, widget or tests: isEncryptedSession, clearMacNonce, BackgroundKeepalive.isActive, cellSize(for:), drawMilliseconds (always 0), DiagnosticsLog.trace and measure, ApprovalRequest title/subtitle/isProtectedRemoteAction, the viewport's unread displayState, ProtectedRemoteSend.tabTitle, and three unused fillFoldedRun parameters. xcodebuild test, Chau7RemoteApp scheme, iPhone 17 Pro simulator: 125 tests, 0 failures; plutil -lint project.pbxproj OK.
