Verda had no H200 for most of 2026-10-04. LAB_VM_PROVIDER=nebius drives one Nebius VM through the nebius CLI: platform gpu-h200-sxm, preset 1gpu-16vcpu-200gb, image family ubuntu24.04-cuda13.0 (CUDA 13 driver, as on Verda, so setup's cu130 torch works), 400 GB managed boot disk, a 'lab' user from cloud-init (Nebius refuses root). stop is a real stop that keeps the disk; start resumes it.
