Ability to forward logs in multiple ways

Initially an OTEL exporter would work with many observability platforms. But being able to send to TCP and UDP sockets, along with UNIX sockets may improve integration. Especially when there is an existing agent for other purposes like Fluentd, Fluent-bit or Vector.
