Founder directed its applicability to all currently open AETHER X projects on 2026-10-28.

**Operational adoption after this PR passes required checks and merges:** Apply the corporate vNext `AX-CC-001 v1.0`, `AX-GLOBAL-001 v3.0`, `AX-PCS-001 v2.0`, `AX-CYBERSECURITY-MASTER-001 v3.0`, `AX-RDI-001 v2.0`, `AX-EXEC-001 v2.0`, and `AX-LEAN-001 v2.0` to authorized new **low-risk, reversible corporate operating decisions**. Use risk-proportionate, evidence-backed international-quality standards, ChatGPT-first execution, and bounded internal adversarial review. **No universal separate institutional AETHER ASSURANCE sign-off or voluntary third-party corporate approval** is required by the successor company policy. AI role names/second chats cannot be presented as distinct authenticated persons.

**Non-override / project pin safety:** This pointer does NOT rewrite, supersede or discharge this repository's project-specific constitution/Sources, exact policy pins, freeze, independent technical falsification requirements, security/legal Four-Eyes, CI/qualification gates, existing FAIL/REVISE/BLOCKED/STOP decisions or risk acceptances. Binding law/regulation/contracts and financial/privileged/production controls remain. Local conflicts retain the affected project's stricter binding gate until a separate scoped evidence-backed amendment is approved. Safe unrelated work continues.

**No new authority:** This documentation-only PR grants no deployment, real trading, IAM/cloud privileges, spending, external communication, public claim, CI runner spending, approval bypass, or automatic migration of project feature branches. Always verify live source and current project gates. **Branch protection and required CI checks must not be bypassed.**

Execute authorized work with your actually accessible ChatGPT/agent tools first (GitHub, code and policies, revisions, tests, PRs, evidence). Give safe supervised PowerShell for simple Windows-specific actions. Ask Codex for one coherent substantial local task only when capabilities are genuinely unavailable here or device-specific execution/tests are required; audit the resulting evidence yourself.
