When icepack_step_therm1 aborts for a grid cell, flush icepack warnings and call diagnostic_abort, which prints global i/j, lat/lon and the full ice state for that cell via print_state before aborting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Debugging change for thermodynamics failures: when
icepack_step_therm1aborts for a grid cell, CICE now aborts straight away and reports where it happened and the ice state in that cell. Previously the failure was only reported after the loop, without a location.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
