- Upgrade Gradle wrapper to 9.8.2, AGP to 9.5.0, Kotlin to 2.4.21, Compose Multiplatform to 1.12.2, and related multiplatform library dependencies. - Enable parallel Gradle tooling sync in `gradle.properties`. - Add local placeholder fallbacks for Supabase configuration in debug/sync builds while enforcing credential validation for release build tasks. - Standardize `Logger` calls across manager and domain classes to explicitly use named `tag` parameters. - Remove redundant `public` visibility modifiers in `kable-core-tvos`. - Simplify boolean expressions, return statements, and `when` subject assignments across session managers, JSON parser utilities, and domain use cases.

…tests` - Introduce `IosAudioDiagnostics` helper and `WORKOUT_AUDIO` log event to record non-intrusive iOS audio session details, route changes, interruptions, and cue playback results (#1357). - Instrument `ActiveSessionEngine`, `HapticFeedbackEffect`, and `IosSafeWordListener` to track rep audio events, session lifecycle transitions, and native player execution. - Add unit tests in `commonTest` and UI tests in `androidHostTest` covering rest timer extension, pause, and resume behavior (#1360). - Add QA documentation detailing investigation procedures for iOS audio diagnostics and rest timer controls.
