Companion masks are used by those predicates, and MonitorDataProcessorTest passes DELOAD_OCCURRED, ROM_OUTSIDE_HIGH, and ROM_OUTSIDE_LOW.
• Remove the repeated KDoc sentence that restated the Monitor characteristic bytes 16–17 description.
