cleanup(ui): move log-level color comment onto the info branch - #1327

A formatter split the trailing note off LogLevel.INFO, so it sat on the warning arm. The note describes the informational blue, which is colors.info. Co-authored-by: Devil <9thLevelSoftware@users.noreply.github.com>
