Add MiroFish MCP and n8n integration stack

Summary

• add an MCP server wrapper so MiroFish can act as a shared prediction engine for Codex and Claude
• add startup scripts and package scripts for MCP stdio/http operation
• add an importable n8n workflow template for graph -> simulation -> report automation
• add operator-facing docs for the integration stack and local MCP setup

Verification

• python3 -m py_compile integrations/mcp/mirofish_mcp_server.py
• python3 JSON parse check for integrations/n8n/mirofish_prediction_pipeline.json
• uv run python ../integrations/mcp/mirofish_mcp_server.py --help
• frontend build and backend health were verified earlier during setup
