Developed to resolve bubbles in xray images of bubble chains in Hele-Shaw systems with galinstan.
Input: dark current and beam uniformity corrected, normalized 16-bit grayscale images(1422 × 2115 pixel TIFF).
Output: - binary masks of resolved bubbles.
