Show a 'waiting for model' status synchronously when a prompt is submitted, yielding a frame before the user-message render and agent worker start so the indicator paints immediately. Promote to the usual 'Working...' status on the first streamed token, making it clear kon has received input and is waiting on the server rather than on the user.
