Feature request: args to just determine current (active) MDM enrollment

As people run this as long-ish-term infra, it would be good to creep the features a bit further.
Currently the status endpoint will modify tags, we discussed something akin to a flag like skip_dep_check=true where a 'noop' action is allowed would enable pointing any other inventory maintenance tasks CPE personnel perform until migration has truly finished.
