Symlink failed on windows

I have installed 17.0.4 using jvms, but when I try to switch to it, some symlinking error is happening:

C:\repos\devolay>jvms ls
Installed jdk (* marks in use):
    1) 17.0.6

C:\repos\devolay>jvms u 17.0.6

I got the same issue with amazon_jdk1.8.0_265

I had the same problem but rerun the command "jvms.exe init" worked for me!
