pynats 是不是过期了，是否应该更新为最新的nats-py

使用nats作为消息中间件时，依赖的 pynats 安装失败，错误如下：
× No solution found when resolving dependencies:
╰─▶ Because there are no versions of pynats and you require pynats, we can conclude that your requirements are unsatisfiable.

有6年没改nats了，用户可以按照文档4.21扩展，中间件，可以看文档14章节，把文档丢给ai，ai准确率相当高。

因为只有百分之零点1的funboost用户使用nats，没啥人用
