Unclear commands when installing multiple packages #246

Description

@intentionally-left-nil

If you install or update multiple packages at a time, the user doesn't know what this step refers to:
[E]=list executable files, [L]=list all files, [F]=list files not existing on filesystem, [T]=run shell to inspect, [O]=ok, proceed.

since that could be for any package. The only hint provided is Package package-name has no SUID files, but that is only displayed in this case (as a warning). The fix should be to always print the package name
