I want to improve chinese version but cannot locate #407

hey I'm learning nano degree "intro-to-pytorch" part. I notice some small problem in file "Part 2 - Neural Networks in PyTorch (Exercises)-chinese.ipynb" but didn't find it in the repo. Is there anyway I can pr the fix?
