Latex Error in this equation
${\boldsymbol{\phi }}_{\mathbf{2}}^{\boldsymbol{*}}^{\boldsymbol{m},\boldsymbol{i}}$
should be changed to
${\boldsymbol{\phi }}_{\mathbf{2}}^{{\boldsymbol{*}}^{\boldsymbol{m},\boldsymbol{i}}}$
