We can no longer use the postgres images from the bitnami archive on docker hub. See bitnami/containers#83267.
I've temporarily switched to the legacy archive in 4ff457f to keep things moving, but we should move to the official postgres image. It's worth considering if running on postgres is worth it. I assume we're doing so to cover search functionality.
