"The Global or Local Environment feature is available only in the paid version"

It would appear that both the Local and Global environment features have been removed from the free version, as of the last few days.

Is this intentional, or a bug?

In the free version, is there now any way to share variables that are secrets (so should only be stored locally) between environments?
