Dark mode support via data-theme, CSS styling, and some JS

[thomasweitzel]

I want to add dark mode support to Zolarwind.

Back in the early days of Tailwind CSS 4.0 Beta, I added dark mode support to my English blog here. While this blog runs on Hugo, I originally developed Zolarwind as a Hugo theme, though I never published it. Now, with Zolarwind as a theme for Zola, I plan to implement dark mode in a similar manner.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this approach and any suggestions you might have.

I went ahead and have now implemented the dark/light theme with a toggle.
