[Web-Ext][Bug] Not possible to sync since November

Describe the bug
Since November 2nd, the Chrome Elevate Web Extension has stopped syncing for my profile. When I click the button to sync, it simply opens up my Strava profile.
To try and fix this situation, I have:

• removed the extension from the browser, added it again, and tried to sync.
• backed up my Elevate profile, deleted all activities, and tried to restore my profile.

Nothing seems to work. Please help.

To sync all the pending activities.

Same problem on macOS. The console on the strava tab is showing Missing jQuery, elevate will not run for me.

I had the same issue, I cleared my browser cache, now sync is working again

Same issue here, no new activities synced since November 2025 despite having at least 20 various new activities and numerous re-syncing etc. System is MAC OS 10.13.6 - Chrome.

Same problem.
Chrome 143.0.7499.193 on Windows 10.
Chrome console on Strava window shows following error suggesting permissions problem:

Did the same as Laparoto, but nothing changes for the better.

As I mentioned above, try to clear browser cache, in my case it worked afterwards.

Had the same problem, Clear cache works on Macbook&Chrome, but it has to be on strava.com, not in elevate

Same problem. Cleared browser cache, also cleared activity list but no dice.

@GSEuaic What do you mean exactly by saying "it has to be on Strava.com"?
Clearing cache means you clear everything, no?

This seems to be fixed now for me. A full re-sync has also caught up on missing activities from November 2025. Thank you to whoever made this happen...

@AndyEls0 Yes it is fixed! Woohoow!

I just 'synced new activities' and all came up, except for the ones from 11/2 'till now. Apparently the Garmin connection to Strava was erased. But that's an easy thing to restore.
