How to include the RespnsiveView in a project

I wan't to know if this project still have support for the new versions of backbone and enquire, and wat's the best way to include the library on a project.

I'm currently using this with BB 0.9.2 and Lodash 0.3.2 (Underscore 1.3.3) and Enquire 1.4.0 ... though I would be surprised if you had much trouble getting this to work with the latest versions – and if you do have to change anything, a pull request would be welcome ;)

As far as including it in your project – it's a mixin, and I've given an example of how to extend your BB View with it in the readme.

It's defined as a require.js module, but if you aren't uisng require in your project, you could just delete lines 7-11 and 137-138

I'm using the last releases of the libraries, and the only problem I have is that enquire.js no more has the methods listen and fire. According to the enquire documentation, we only need to remove this calls. I did this and the library works fine.

The project I wrote this for is in the middle of a big sprint... but I should be updating everything soon. I'll keep this in mind for sure.
