Reported that some users are unable to deploy VM and VMSS to UKW and WEU, possibly an issue with the subnet ID's being set to UKS to setup an issue for UKS VM's. There are also issues with a depends_on loop for UKW and WEU relating to NSG's.

I'm looking into this now, and update once done.

I'm looking into this now, and update once done.

This has now been resolved - I've removed VM's from WEU to help with some tasks for 'deploying compute resources' part of the AZ-104, added a data capture for subnet ID's for VM's deployed to UKW, and added a 'depends_on' for NSG's to deploy once resource groups have been deployed (They are, but TF doesn't see it for some reason).
