I think we can sort at least all paper with 1-2 line details for each paper.

Well for papers itself, I want a couple of lines that would give a 10,000 ft overview of what to expect. (issue#2), for blogs certain blogs with specific articles can be moved up before the papers; for eg. danluu's files are hard would be a nice primer before reading more intricate storage papers, and only keep the generic links like jepsen, paper trail etc.
