Identification of RNA syubtypes

Hi all,

FOA, congrats on your recent publication at Nature Genetics.

I find especially useful the identification of transcriptomics clusters, and have read the detailed methods section. I think this is the repository to ask for the code on the identification or RNA subtypes, if I'm not wrong.

Would you mind to share the scripts used to pass from the whole transcriptome matrixes to the definitive RNA clusters?
