feature request: gRPC service

Feature Request

I'm working on a gRPC server for calamine. I'll send some examples when done - but it'll be a streaming service and open up your server for real streaming to multiple clients. Full rust impl with a 1:1 parity on the API surface using protobuf standards.

Thoughts? I'd love some help on it, but I'm almost done with the alpha.

Check it out. I gave a web demo in it too. Works like a charm - real streaming SSE and grpc.

@jmcnamara I can give you the PRs to fix the bugs I'm filing - I've been pushing a bunch of functional tests and measuring the grpc speeds on here.

The bugs are unrelated to the grpc service, but I gated some features that would've caused issues.

Mind if I submit PRs for them?
